I will develop your domains using Yahoo News feeds to provide content and Google Adsense (or YPN) to generate revenue. The pages look simple, but effectively ensure the CTR remains high. Plus, there is no middle man, so you get 100% of the revenue your clicks generate.

The features of my pages are as follows:
- Fresh content provided by a Yahoo Feed, much better for search engines than a traditional parked page.
- 10 different color schemes to keep the pages looking fresh and unique
- Two different CSS styles, so that people using IE get slightly different looking text than those using FF. This blends the ads and content more effectively for a higher CTR.
- Encrypted email link to prevent spam but allow prospective buyers to contact you.

Just received my first ten sites from GT Web. Job was done quickly with great communication and the files were simple to upload. I will post a couple more links when I get home, although most domain owners dont like telling the forum which traffic domains they own...anyways, I'll update this thread later today with a couple examples.

If you dont yet have an Adsense account, I can develop a simple site for you which you can submit to Google in your Adsense application. So far I have done this for 2 DNF members and each of them has had their Adsense application accepted their first time, so my success rate is 100% at the moment.

If you want an Adsense account, send me a PM and I'll develop a quick site that should get you accepted in no time.

GT, I while ago I had the same idea and when I checked google's TOS, they don't allow using their feed on "parked" pages.
I just thought you may want to know this before you have alot of angry customers because their adsense account is blocked ;-)
also, may I suggest a form for the "contact me" page?using mailto: is like an invitation to spammers, in a few days the email address will be filled with hundreds of SPAM messages- trust me, I know what I'm saying.

Its not a Google feed...so there is no problem.

And the email addresses are encrypted...so spam is all but eliminated.
