The problem with a design company is that the vast majority of the value lies in the skills and techniques the designers uses. If you are leaving the business, it therefore looses much of its value.
I dont really know what to suggest, although you will probably find people who are interested in getting a well branded design idea (it isnt really still a business once you leave).

May I ask why are you selling it, less than a month after the mark became registered?

I am not questioning the intention of the sale, just curious about the timing. The mark shows as "Registration Date: 2005-10-04" which is just over 30 days ago.
The mark was updated in October for address change.
OK my curiosity is now satisfied :-D
I'd rather respond in private to your last question with my suggestions. I will have to do this tomorrow though.
