Need Site

I need a site designed with the following:

Index Page
About Us
Mission Statement
Contact Us
News
Events

Will need the capability for people to "register" and then "login.

Will need chat capabilities with other users

Will need forums installed

Will need President's Blog installed (place for the President to post information)

Will need a page for Internet Radio Show and TV Web Content (more than likely page that mpg's can be put on.

Capability for user to obtain an email address from site.

The site has to be done in ENGLISH and FRENCH. I can get the normal pages translated to French but the Chat and Forums will need to be so users can select which language they want to use. The entire site needs to have a place to click and select between languages.

Will not rule out using something likea protal such as Mambo or whatever is needed for the language deal.

I have seen some good Internet radio sites but they are very outdated. keep us posted on your progress. A lot of the radio ones I have seen need a lot of memory space, I'd be interested to see the blog on this build.
