I had a dream I was sleeping great once...but i woke up and found out it was just a dream.


I would say a solid 4-6 hours ...sometimes not so good if the TV is left on all night..grrrrr

If it was a wet dream then it's ok. You just have to change the bed sheet.

Not a good idea. It will stick like super glue and you can never flip it back.

I like falling asleep to cooking shows and no loud commercials on local tv channel. I learn so much.

Is that why you succeed in domaining? Adam says if you want to succeed in domaining, you must work hard. What he meant is if you want to be a real domainer, you must not sleep. At all.

Thank god I'm not married . But once I'm married, when my wife sleeps, I'll go shopping.

By the way, there had been some research on mice. What they did is they interrupt mice by waking them up every time they fall to sleep. Long enough, the mice end up dying.

So what does that say about domainers? The successful ones will soon die. The rest ones will live long.

Did somebody say 4-6 hrs?... I was reading an article that sleep deprivation not only effects the cognitive function of your brain but is also linked to mental illnesses, psychosis and bipolar disorder.

Needless to say I get plenty of rest, 8-10 hrs
