    Not confusing anything. If you want some kind of enormous site with nothing on it except all original
    articles how do you expect to do that for this kind of price range????

    When I go to real estate sites I like looking at listings, pictures, video tours, articles, etc. You have to
    have a variety of content if you expect people to enjoy their visit. And AB and other syndication sites
    provide very informative articles that make it possible to create sites cost effectively.

    It also works better if you do a natural growth process on a site instead of just plopping it out.

    You get much better and continuous indexing that way.

    And the idea is to provide a cost effective base article which then creates "original" content through
    the interactive content provided by the site's users via their comments on an article or other blog post
    and any added information they provide on posts.

    The last time I called you out was April 4. Which is when you last updated it. I was busy and didn't say anything ... and nothing happened. The front page is still littered with 'link link link' and 'advertiser advertiser advertiser' filler text.

    Nothing happens unless I call you out ... and what does happen equates to maybe 10 minutes of work. The "site" is a stagnant piece of shit that is nothing more than a bunch of RSS feeds. Your "development" is so piss poor that you actually link to "/" and "/index.php" like an idiot. The one piece of "content" on the site is something you lifted off of ArticleBase.com

    The site either took < 1 hour or you are an imbecile. There is no tertiary option, and the two suggested simply point to a lying scammer.

    I am not an imbecile. The site grows each day. The content on a real estate site is supposed to be real estate information, listings, etc.
    that is what I have done and will continue to grow for it.

    Hi Bob,

    We do need to clarify the details because some significant facts you left out on your post.

    I went through our 2008 and 2009 emails. You had ordered 20 mini sites and I gave you a discount for that volume and
    then you changed the order and you sent me an email saying you had family issues and wouldn't be able to pay yet. Then we ended up
    doing the deal with 1/2 down payment. It was 6 months in June and I sent you an email letting you know all the pages and software was setup
    and asked when you would be able to send the balance of the payment. You then changed the order down to 12 sites and I agreed to recalculate the
    deal for the 1/2 payment you sent and I asked you to let me know which 12 of the original 20 to keep and which ones to remove from the order.
    This gave you a price down to $75 and at the same time 6 months June from the order date I sent you another email reminding you to reset the DNS for the sites.
    I know you are an airline pilot and travel extensively and that was the delay on your end.

    And then that was the last email I'm showing from you.

    So your mini sites were on the server. The order was 1/2 paid for. Then I agreed to let it be changed for just 12
    per your request because you still hadn't sent the 2nd 1/2 payment. I sent you the DNS several times for you to
    activate and requested your Google info and never got an email with that either.

    And then I didn't see further emails in 2009.

    So you have my number call me this weekend to discuss the resolution.

    Is that a "screenshot" ? It looks like a photograph to me.
    I use an inexpensive program called SnagIt for screen capture, but I have been using it for years and am not sure if there are better or even free screen capture programs.

    Yes I did a photograph capture with my cell phone.

    Kevin has finally got my payments up to date, and for that i am truly grateful. I really hope that i am not alone in reaching a mutually agreeable conclusion.

    So one question remains. Is it fair to call Kevin a scammer??

    My opinion WAS that he is. Based upon my view that being three months behind in payments, receiving email replies that were always vague and having finally had enough with a runaround, i started this thread, in which it quickly became apparent that i was not alone in having very serious issues with Kevin.

    My big question to all those who stuck up for Kevin by dismissing the notion that kevin was a scammer and that rather this was simply a case of Kevin having cash flow problems.....my response was WHEN DOES A LATE PAYMENT BECOME A NON PAYMENT??

    Now that Kevin has bought my payments up to date - it has answered the above question......NOT SURE, BUT EVERY DAY THAT PASSES WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL HURT KEVINS REPUTATION.

    In Kevin's defense the following is true and is something that Kevin pointed out on a number of occasions in this thread.....I had approached Kevin to broker the FID concept - not the other way around.

    Furthermore - given that a guaranteed return was a very sweet deal, i was eager to market the concept to my business contacts that i thought would buy into the FID structure and resulting payments.......and told Kevin that i could do this full time. His response was very cautionary as he stated that his concept was still in its early stages and that it would take time to prove that it would prove positive for both Kevin and his clients.

    In the end, Kevin asked me to stop marketing the FID after i had brought in 2 new clients.

    So this was always my big dilemma with Kevin.......if he was a scammer - why would he not want me to market and bring in as many clients as possible? if he was not a scammer - why was he delaying my payments for so long believing (as i still believe) that Kevin could afford to pay me - even if was from his personal current account .....

    So - and i speak for myself here - i do not believe that kevin is a scammer any more because i have actually , finally, received my payments and hope that my final six payments get paid in a timely manner.

    I hope Kevin and all parties concerned get matters resolved asap.

    The dilema arose watching the value of dollar declining and thinking it was safer and wiser
    to completely shift capital as much as possible into domains which had always been very liquid.

    Then the domain marketplace slowed dramatically and the market was flooded with domains for sale,
    and it became next to impossible to convert domains back into cash at anytime without
    deep discounting and sometime even that didn't provide the usual sales.

    When you have a large overhead and the market becomes more illiquid, you can still have income but
    not in the proportion you need to maintain cash outflows properly and timely. And an enormous
    amount of companies, even billion dollar ones, are being challenged by the chaotic economic times
    we're in now in the same way.

    On a positive note, this month the market has picked up again, and more sales are happening like
    the steady pace they did in the past. So that starts to bring cash flow back into sync. Still not perfect
    but at least more liquidity is coming back again.

    One great big sale was closed and there are more large ones I'm brokering in the works and heading to
    successful closings so that is good also. The high end of the domain market is picking up significantly.
