    Sibername support? ...really?

    As I messed up thought I should update this....
    This was resolved by Sibername once this was read and as it turned out I was reporting a problem that I was mistaken in...just couldn't see it

    Thanks Bulent
    Jim

    7 hours ago I sent a support request for a problem I am having placing bids and have done a follow-up with a screen shot of my issue but no response from Siber's purported maximum 2 hour response.
    At least you expect a response saying they are working on it.

    Hanging me out to dry for tomorrow's TBR...

    This is disappointing as past experience has been pretty good.

    I originally sent the problem to support at sibername . com...got standard reply saying I would get a response in 2 hours with a link to support centre and have replied there twice (including a screenshot of the prob) with no response.

    Used to get better service before the inception of the "helpdesk"

    Thanks

    Sorry for the overlooking to this issue;

    The ticket was assigned to a wrong department and help desk is warned about it;

    Please send a new email instead of replying to the same one if this happens again and mention to escalate the issue to me or management if our answer is delayed more than 2 hours;

    also you can reach my cell at our 800 number extension 4, complaints department;

    This is probably why.

    They're just getting around to their 2008 support requests. You shouldn't have to wait much more than another 3 years.
