Thanks and I agree, you should notice less threads being deleted. Personally I hate deleting threads and usually only do if it's spam. -=DCG=-

Do you also feel that way about deleting posts Adam?

Recently both Acro and I made posts trying to be helpful by giving a little advice to a seller (and anyone else it was relevant to) who posted a long list of keyword domains in NON-alphabetical order.

We both suggested he would get better results if the list was in alphabetical order since many buyers look for certain keywords (I know I do) and some buyers will not even look at a list if it's hard to locate keywords of interest in a long list.

The post certainly were not negative to the sale and if anything would have helped the seller in the future and also gave his thread 2 free bumps.

Within minutes of my posting both our comments were deleted by an unknown Mod who never even had the courtesy to inform us who he was. This is not the first time I had posts deleted and imo, without good cause.

Yes, personally the only posts I delete are spam or remarks unrelated to a thread.

I will talk to the mods and make that the same across the board.

if all comments made in a sales thread, were properly voiced and they related to the sale at hand....in some instances the comment can be appreciated.

i made a comment recently in a website sales thread about 'textbombing'


where i actually was the victim of such act and how disruptive it was to receive it.

though the OP never voiced an opbjection to my comment and they even agreed about the ramifications of such act....still my comment was removed.

now i don't know if another member reported it or the OP did, or a mod just removed it

but the comment was noteworthy and applicable


if you open this door, it will provide more gray areas for staff to moderate, but it also may provide opportunities to enlightnen others

maturity of the membership would be an important factor in it's success or failure

But here's a wrinkle:
DNF wins the game hands down. With this comes responsibility: You can't indiscriminately delete threads and ban folks with whom you disagree.

Disagreeing has very little to do with it, your threads are closed because your posts are disgusting and vulgar, and what's worse they reek of Racism and Sexism.
