There are not that many ccTld's that are popular enough for a subforum.

I am testing a new re-org of the ccTLD's that would allow them to have local sections and local moderators.
This new setup also allows people to just look through tld's and cctld's they are actually interested in.
Example:
I did .ca since I am familiar with them the most.
I combined the sales and discussion areas together under 1 new sub forum called:
Canadian Domain Names - .ca Domain Names - Canada Domains
http://www.dnforum.com/f612/
The main forum has the following sub forums and is all in one easy place.
.ca Domain Sales
.ca Domain Discussions
.ca TBR Domain Names - Drops
.ca CIRA Rules and Requirements
.ca Registrars / Dropcatchers
.ca Legal Section
I am considering doing this across the board, please post your feedback as we look for better ways to organize our growing board.

I think this is a good idea if there is enough interest, discussion and traffic in the certain CC TLD. Maybe start off with your most traffic heavy cc TLD and go from there. Eventually there will be enough people who deal specifically in another CC TLD who will say 'can you do the same thing with .xx as you did with .ca?" This will provide for growth areas eventually as you attract more CCTLD owners down the line.
I think a great job was done with the .ca one... I think that the ccTLDs that have restrictive registration rules (residency, etc) may benefit most from having dedicated forum(s) as they truly have a niche audience.
