I take 10 mins Sunday morn. to make my picks and hope for the best.
My only 2 constants are: I take Pittburghs & Miami to Win every week
re: MNF Score - not 100% sure - the Tool Tip Text says:
"For tiebreaker purposes, enter your guess for the combined score of both teams in the MNF game. In weeks that have multiple Monday Night Football games, the pool will use the last game of the week, or the later of the two games. In weeks where there is no Monday Night Football game, the pool will use the Sunday Night game."
...but does that mean: The person closest to the combined MNF Score wins the tiebreaker?
or... The person closest to the combined MNF Score without going over wins the tiebreaker?
It is rather vague - can anyone clarify? |

It is rather vague - can anyone clarify? | I am 99% sure it is closest to the total score. |

I came a CLOSE 6th.

I came a CLOSE 6th. | So that means that they don't arrange the winners in order (only by the number of points, and randomly, I assume), seeing as how David Adkins (with 27) is above Joe Honan (with 44) |

I read this from Sportsline.com. "Ties go to player with closest total points for MNF game." I thought that they did but according to this, they don't.
BTW Alan, you got ripped off. God only knows how Green Bay could not score from the Philly 2 with first and goal and 4 chances.
NW for Jason though.

Will only help a little.
If you miss a week, you will be given the lowest score of the players that week that played so no zero unless someone gets a zero.
Let the games begin!

and congrats to all those who picked Arizona
I don't know why you picked them, but you must know something the rest of us don't. Even though they lost(the game, but not in the league), it was a good pick by ya'll. |

I don't get that...why are some of the real winners showing up as losers, and losers showing up as winners? I've noticed this every week and I don't understand it... |

Arizona Cardinals 23 +10.5 Chicago Bears 24
Since it was +10.5, the AWAY team(Bears) had to win the game by atleast 10.5 points, and they didn't, so the winner in the league is the Cardinals. |

Now that Kurt Warner is not the starter anymore, Linehart should get the job done. I picked Arizona as well last night. 10+ points is a lot for a home team on a Monday night primetime game. And you knew the fans would be going crazy in their new stadium/dome.

After watching last nights game, I'm convinced that God is a bears fan. It was divine intervention that won that game for us last night. I hate to see what happens when we play someone actually good, like the Giants and Pats in a few weeks. As a Notre Dame fan, however, nothing makes me feel better than seeing Matt Leinart lose. Yes, I'm still bitter...:baring_teeth:
