Very nice service. You can work on the design a little bit though and make it more user friendly.

Also note that there is a problem with your welcome messages. The URLs are not getting coded correctly. You may want to correct that.

Also how does the reseller plan work ? Do sub-resellers fund their accounts themselves or do they get funded by us ? Where do we point regular clients to register single domains ? As a reseller do we get paid a commision to sell the domains or we set our own price ? How do we get paid the difference ?

I do apologize for all the questions but I am sure it will be useful to other members as well.

And perhaps consolidate the "Signup Completed" acknolwedgement emails down to say 3, just like the number of checkboxes during signup. Getting 10 e-mail in a row seems a bit overwhelming.

Some questions ...

What registrar did you buy?

Related question ... is any of their backend (servers, software, techs, etc) still being utilized? - or are you totally revamping the registrar with all new everything (well obviously other than the domains they may already have)?

server redundency? Is it on a standard dedicated server or is it on a real managed server solution? ie. multiple servers running enterprise software that are professionally maintained 24/7.

What form of payments are accepted?
(didn't see any mention of this on site)

Related question ... does the service have its own merchant account?

I have 700+ domains at BulkRegister - I'm generally happy with their service (it just works; extremely reliable), but not the price I pay - time to negotiate, but got good deals transferring many in last year so it wasn't an issue then - now most of them are coming up for renewal ... your reseller price ~ $6.85 for .com is fantastic ... but I want to be darn sure the backend is really there; the service I'm sure will be there, it's the tech side that makes me leery and thus my queries.

If you go through the shopping cart (or at least half way), you'll see it's PayPal.

You need to package the emails into one message, some spam tool for mailbox will consider it as spam because of consistent email in less than a minute.

They accept Paypal but you can integrate pretty much any type of online processors (authorize.net, payflow, planet etc.)

Great, This is a directi account? IF i sign up will i be assured that your account would be funded so if we use it as our registrar, we are able to order upto 100 domains per day?

Let's be clear it is not a directi account, I liscensed the directi interface for this registrar.

There will be no funding issues as my payments go to netsol directly as an Icann accredited Registrar.

The other 2 questions are in the works.

That's a shame ... I'll sit this out for awhile, and will consider some other registrars instead at the moment...

I realize the DNF registrar is just starting out, so it's likely unrealistic to expect them to have the backend that many other registrars have in place - expenses are huge, and with such small markups, it's very likely many things have to be skipped/put off for awhile just to break even.

Wish Adam the best with it ... I'll definitely give it a try once I feel confident that the backend is up to par with registrars I currently use.

i think alot has been done already! we shouldn't over expect! i would give them at least 4 weeks before they are pretty much ready IMHO i think the launch date is abit early. maybe take it abit more in the beta stage to find all flows, then launch

Most of us here using Enom and I guess even Adam. If you want stability and price, you know that Enom is one of them. One other player is tucows, though I moved out my domains.
