I think because they have one of the largest reseller bases and a good API. Their retail accounts have high prices, but I think you can get a $7 something reseller account from an ETP.

it's $7.45, compared to $6.85 at fabulous, GoDaddy and around that in moniker i think. If you register large amounts of domains price becomes quite important

None of the others you listed offer an API like Enom does. Godaddy may have a lower price, but you have to pay a yearly fee to be a reseller with them. Fabulous we'll just leave it there. And Moniker doesn't offer a reseller API of any sort (which I still scratch my head over as to why not). They have a beta one but I am not going to mess with beta's.

I don't use any of them as a reseller account b/c I am still waiting for Moniker to get on the ball and create a non-beta API for resellers to use and because I am not going to pay a yearly fee for Godaddy.

absolutely nothing
i like fabulous too
but i also use enom
especially when registering .us or .biz (that fabulous does not support)

obviously, price is not the only factor here

However they could not win a best reseller award because they do not have any resellers
