DNForum is rated “top domain forum” for the 5th year out of 6!

DNForum once again finds itself on top of the Domain Name Wire annual survey for “best forum”.
54% of people who voted for a top forum selected DNForum as best, and then there was a big drop off from there.

Thanks to all those that voted for us!

There’s a virtual three way tie for the second most popular forum. NamePros received the second highest vote total.
Nipping at its heals is the private forum DomainBoardroom, and DomainState is just a couple votes shy of DomainBoardroom.
When rounded, all three forums got 11% of the vote each.

UK domainer forum AcornDomains received 5% of the vote.
There were also a lot of write-ins for internationalized domain forum IDNForums.com and Polish forum DI.pl.

I guess I don't read a lot of domain related sites, cause I hadn't even heard of DomainBoardroom before. I like that it is private - who do I need to know to get a referral?

I've always thought dnforum as the most popular forum, a source of knowledge for the newbies. Maybe it's also because I'm always in the forum (trying to learn), even though at times it seems a little quiet. I'm not surprised of its popularity compared to other forums. What kind of surprised me a bit is the percentage. I thought it would be higher than 54 percent. Maybe 70 at least.

Still, Congrats to Adam and thanks for giving newbies all the tips.

Been a member since 2003, and I have never considered any other forum. Sure the membership has changed a bit, but the quality hasnt. Except for the better.

Too bad those other forums took such a hit in the polls. Cant blame anyone for that. Except for the existance of DNF! (sorry Raider, for the truth. But it is what it is.)

Let me be clear, I have no personal issue with Raider.

Actually I quite liked some of the heated debates, when they were debated professionally.
