Please make 1 post here and state if you got back your money or domains and if not what is outstanding that he owes you.

The local police have been contacted in his hometown and will press charges within 24 hours if not all is refunded.

This will be the only string that will remain open on this.

I don't understand why they shouldn't press charges though, even if he returns all the money, a crime is a crime. He would have kept it if nobody found out. Sounds a bit fishy to me.

Concerning my situation, i got all my money back, so no problem for me

I had hired him for templates and i got my refund back for the money i paid him as advance.

Plus Adam I already hired a local lawyer because it was a big contract and they have seized his main domain names and having talks with the hosting company and soon he will get his server seized too.

Sorry but thats all i could do , i will do more when i get his address and all.

paid me in DNF$ (F$200 or so) for a the netbux thing, i had my DNF$ in the bank, so i am not sure if it was even taken since the bank is closed and has been closed.

brp yeah i got affected alot but anyway things happen.

Anyway paypal accounts of his are on pending.
Just talking to my paypal guys who have high posts in paypal staff so they can seize them.

Please clarify as the system shows you received 9900 from NDP.

4 seperate transactions:

1 for 2000 transaction id: 2671
1 for 2000 transaction id: 2712
1 for 1900 transaction id: 2715
1 for 4000 transaction id: 2760

9900 was removed from your account not 12,000.

Please confirm.
