After having significant issues with my domains and revenue I need to start over with a completely new approach to the business. Rarely tried to sell names in the past and never purchased even one name over all these years with thoughts of a sale so I am not set in my ways and open for new methods so would enjoy participating with whatever the requirements are, covering all of Arizona, including entire Phoenix area.
Very interested and agree to all terms. Funds, time (no 9-5) and motivation all available in sufficient quantities.
Although I am making a living from domains, my success has been rather modest. I think the sales training especially could really ramp things up. Would also be very interested in learning together as a group and getting to know some more domainers.
I am from London, UK and would choose Oregon as my state. This sounds rather colonialbut I have a couple of friends there and plan to visit soon.

This is needed as parking revenue continues to drop, if you learn how to buy and sell the right domains you will survive happily.
This process will teach you how to:
Buy potentially better names to sell.
Research your potential buyers.
Contact potential buyers.
Negotiate with potential buyers.
Where to market your domains,
How to analyze your traffic.
How to price your domains to get serious offers.
How to close sales higher based on initial offers.
How much to bank and how much to put into more domains.
Learn which domains to develop and which to leave parked, and not talking minisites either.
How to properly organize your portfolio.
How to know what names to keep or drop.
I will give you one piece of advice that will explain what domains to buy and what domains to avoid, knowing this is th difference between being a moron with lots of crappy names or a genius with few domains but good ones.
