I am going to teach a select group of people how to buy fresh reg domains $7 and sell them in that sweet spot which is between around the $2500-$3000 mark.
This is the price you can usually get from a somewhat serious buyer starting a website without them having to think too hard.

I sell quite a few of these a week and with parking dead, it will be the key to your success in this industry. If you sell at least 3-4 a month on average you should be able to live very decently.

To apply you must meet the following qualifications:

You must love this business.
You must be willing to buy between 300 and 1000 domains for reg fees, 1000 would mean you need at least 7-8k spend, 300 would mean you need about $2400 spend initially.
You need money to make money.
You have time to sit on them and wait if necessary, buyers will come to you. Some will come quick some will take 2 years to approach you.
You must be the only person from your state,city or province in this, in other words, only one person per state will be allowed in.
You must be willing to sign an NDA that says you won't take what you've learned and multiply it behind the groups back.
You must follow the instructions and place the names in marketplaces with the suggested minimum bids.
You must not be a know it all, and you must know what you don't know.
You must be willing to learn how to negotiate all over again.
You must be open minded as I will be sending you lists of domains to register, don't think just register.
You will be buying your own domains in your own account, no money will ever come to me
You will be selling domains through your own accounts, no money will come to me, I will however accept tips as you get richer.
You must understand that domaining is 24/7 buisness, you can sleep when you're dead.
Seasoned pros need not apply as they usually think they already know everything.
Some sites will be developed out because they will merit more money developed out.
There will be no hardcore adult names involved.
You must love money.

This is needed as parking revenue continues to drop, if you learn how to buy and sell the right domains you will survive happily.

This process will teach you how to:

Buy potentially better names to sell.
Research your potential buyers.
Contact potential buyers.
Negotiate with potential buyers.
Where to market your domains,
How to analyze your traffic.
How to price your domains to get serious offers.
How to close sales higher based on initial offers.
How much to bank and how much to put into more domains.
Learn which domains to develop and which to leave parked, and not talking minisites either.
How to properly organize your portfolio.
How to know what names to keep or drop.

I will give you one piece of advice that will explain what domains to buy and what domains to avoid, knowing this is th difference between being a moron with lots of crappy names or a genius with few domains but good ones.

To apply, post interested in this thread with your state and then PM me how many names you can register initially and what state you're in or what state you want to cover.
Keep in mind bigger states require much bigger budgets but have more potential for profit.

I am going to hand pick a few to get them started, and as this group does well, it will expand.
Do not be insulted if you miss round 1.

I started this with one person 3 weeks ago and yesterday they sold there first domain for $2400.

I expect this to start by July 18th.

I will gladly answer question that don't give away the project.

The main thing is if you sell 4 domains a year you pay for the thousand reg fees and the rest my friends is the gravy.

Adam, I applaud you for doing this and think it would be a great learning experience.

Over the next few weeks (months) I actually do not know where I will be (perhaps California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Florida are a few of the possibles) on business related matters and would not be able to follow as much as I would like to.

Or, all those trips and plans could not pan out and I'd be right here. Just don't know yet.

At any rate, if things change and there is not a spot this go round, I'd be interested for sure in other opportunities.

I'll do anything, follow whatever Adam says, as long as he can prove his system works. I've been learning domaining on my own, and it doesn't seem to work, at all. When nothing else works, then you have to learn some other wa,, hopefully, a better way..

Yeah, I'm rich...lol. I wish to cover for everyone. Only wish, though. Not a reality. Wish it would be.

I see there is a nondisclosure agreement that you have to sign, which I will have to abide by if Adam gives me that chance. I just wish we can all in the open, so we all learn together and get all rich together. But if by the rule, I'll be the only one to get rich, I wouldn't mind that either. Nondisclosure is good that the secret is kept.

Has anyone here read "the secret"? Anyone applied it? I wonder if it's "the secret", then why does the author have to publish it. That would be against the rule, wouldn't it?
