Outstanding work, I'm ready for this..
I agree, that makes search the good way. Moreover, current version is quite nice, little bit too serious (although i don't know if the design is still due to a change).Originally Posted by MerlinK
Hope you don't mind if I throw in my 2cents:
I find the font on the navigation makes some of the letters run too close together causing the visitor to pause and read more carefully, thus effecting usability.
I like the blending of expandable and fixed width page formatting. Fixed width is good for key entry pages. It's like a summary of what's inside the given section. Expandable width is great for content areas like the forum itself or like what you did for the domain trader area.
Personally, I find the colours to be on the dark side which may have a depressing effect especially if people are going to spend a long period of time per session.
The home page is a lot easier to read than the current home page.
Not a small task by any stretch. You are definately on the right track here.
Cheers.

Although you have said that its on hold, may I suggest that any improvements should have the old redirect method still pointing to specific parts of the website. I noticed since you did some changes on the "static" URLS for vbulletin the format of the url changed and therefore I now have to go through the main page till i can either remember or go through my bookmark. Instead a .htaccess or some other method of redirecting would be nice and great!
thanks
