Its been over a week now and no email from them. I also received a call from my credit card company telling me that they have charged me a dollar.

Well,I actually think their control Panel is first class...... perhaps not for No0Bs.... not complaint... they got back to me quickly on a support tick

I phoned them up, had been a problem when setting up my account. They deleted it and told me to sign up again - and it was up and running within 24 hours!

this is strange... I signed up in under 15 minutes had my sites up and running... what could be the difference?

I sure hope they figure it out, I would think the reason they gave it "free" was so we are happy and stay for more years... this cant be good if people are having problems signing up!
