Enjoyed the video, always good to hear the experiences of a seasoned domainer. Thanks to Adam and Michael for this. Have already told one newbie about it. Really helpful stuff.
Thank you! Always good to see / hear how others are managing sales and domain marketing. Good stuff![]()

This must be one of Michael's hottest interviews. 120 responses and still counting.
Very insightful video. The video may be long but it sure didn't feel like it.
Thank you very, very much!
Great job Adam. It's good to have someone like you sharing your knowledge.
Like others have said, it was a long video, but it didn't seem like it.
Just one thing, you're killing me when you say "about"...![]()
Thank you for sharing your tips. I enjoyed the video...
Do you use a CRM or something for tracking inquiries or even outgoing sales? I highlight my inquires in my excel, but want a system where I can go back find the domain name and see all the notes, who was contacted, etc..
we use outlook and just run filters for the domain. we flag and set follow ups for open/live discussions to make sure that we're not dropping the ball. thunderbird has similar, but less robust, functionality too (for free).

iestates,
Thanks or quick reply. I am kinda doing something like that in Gmail. But really would like to expand it a little and want it to be "cloud" based. Also have the option of having other employees log information that I can monitor as well.
I am gonna test a few different solutions but will share with others when I figure something out.
Thanks for all of the great advice! I watched pieces of the video here and there, but eventually just went to the transcript. I didn't feel like the interview was flowing smoothly. I could tell you had a list of things you wanted to talk about and I felt Michael was holding you back a little bit by "interrupting" too much. I know he was just trying to maintain a good balance of Q&A to keep it more of an interview than a monologue. The transcript feature is great though, because I can copy and paste the tips I like best.
The most interesting part to me was the Atomic Whois tool. I got a little confused with the difference between the email and the whois tool, but I'll look into that. What I worry about is the same thing that seemed to worry other people: how can we do this method without becoming spammers?
Looking forward to future video...transcripts![]()
Adam, thank you for the most informative and educational video/seminar, on any topic, I've ever had access to, free or fee. Thanks again.

Thanks for the interview, Adam. I'm a newbie and found it informative. You accessibility is also a refreshing change of pace. Thanks for the help.

I have just finished listening, and it really is a great interview...
I recommend it to any 'domainer', and not just for those who
consider themselves to be a 'newbie'.
Cheers,
Impressive and very inspirational video, thanks a lot.
