Thanks for the swift reply. That turns the tables a little bit. I wish IA well with his future ventures, I know he has helped me here before with some other issues I was having. I agree though; a month with no activity is quite a good time. (Though I have been months without activity here)

Of course, seeing as though it was a paid position, that much time with only a few posts isn't good enough (assuming something in his personal life hadn't gone on; but of course should still have seen Adam notified)

That may or may not be correct, however majority of the work done here is not out in the open in the form of posting all the time. Regardless, it's part of any business and we will continue to keep in touch with Huseyin and wish him the best of luck in his new ventures.
