The interview just illustrates, to me anyway, that you give respect where respect is due and that you are vested only in hard work which in the long run does pay off - anything worth having is worth working for... as the only old saying goes.
I prefer, Do what you love and rest will follow... personal modo.
You get right to the point in all your answers while being very humble about how you got there and who helped you along the way... just says about your character.
