That's a page that automatically updates every few seconds with all the recent posts. New threads as well as replies to existing threads will show up on the page. It's AJAX driven (we're oh so 2.0)!
The page obeys your current usergroup, that means that it will only show you posts and threads in the forums that you can currently see (based on your membership level, Registered, Gold, Platinum, or Exclusive). Please note that posts in the various adult forums will always excluded from this feed, regardless.
This is one more reason why you should consider upgrading your membership level, so that you don't miss threads and posts that are happening in the forums that you have yet to unlock.

I just noticed the top link and then this thread , i must say the features look very nice but only one problem whenever i open the ispy page it just wont finish loading and it just keeps on loading and loading and just wont show the final page
