When I briefly met your father and shook his hand back about five years ago, he seemed to be a very kind and genuine person. I'm sure you two had a bond like none other, and far from anything else on this world. I know you have been dealing with this for a long time and making the most of the situation, I know its been really hard on you. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss Adam. My deepest condolences to you and the rest of the family, relatives, and friends. Try to not let anything interfere with your shiva.

I'm very sorry to hear that and understand what it's like to lose a parent given that I lost my mother back in February. I wish you and your family all the comfort and support that you need to make it through this trying time. Remember though that you will, and living life in a way that would make him happy and proud is the best honor you can give your dad.

I'm sorry for your loss. I study astronomy in college (I'll eventually have my Ph.D in it), but if its any consolation, I know from studying the grandeur of the universe and its infinite complexities that we're all part of something greater than we could every imagine. Its never easy when someone close to you passes on, but I'm sure there is more to it than that. My heart goes out to you and your family.
