One thing DNF is missing is the 'All Domains for Sale' functionality that NamePros currently has. I'm sure many will agree with me.
I thought that you guys have a new resolution for the New Year:
- No fighting, No name calling, No Bush, No Obama, No Republican, No Democrat and no "I am right and you are wrong".
Can we all live and get along with each other?
"United We Win - Divided We Fail"
Anyway... Back on the subject, congrats on the sale RJ and Bodis, it'll be interesting to see its development. But DNF is, and will remain the best pro forum for serious domainers.
@Raider and Acro - can we have a thread purely for your disputes? They're very entertaining to read
Adam is there a number that you would accept for DNF? I'm saying a reasonable offer, 1mil is a turn down that only a true professional in the field can make.
Bodis: I wish you best of luck with your new acquisition, if you decided to fork up that kind of money I know you have a good plan. I don't know you but if there is anything I could do to assist let me know. My suggestion to start would be new ownership fresh new look maybe even a logo. Try http://www.logopond.com industries best designer hang out spot. Price range from 500-700. To me look of a site dictates if I'm joining or not. I know you didn't ask for my opinion but you are a business man and anyway to acquire potential users feed back is great info to know
Take care best of luck
Nothing to do with this thread, as I have not followed it, but want to clarify this expression.
When *I* say imho, I mean it as in my HUMBLE opinion. This is a common expression on the net, and has been since bbs days, and can mean either. Something to consider. People read things differently.
And when *I* say IMHO, I mean... "I'm a Ho"... Just for future reference if anyone cares.
Namepros did those live auctions which provided a few decent bargains over the years but a lot of garbage to sift through. They also had (And still do I think) an active chatroom. Those are things to build on there..or maybe here? Good luck to Bodis(Matt), the more folks you can bring into the fold, the better.
It is very hard to run a paid membership forum successfully and when you have one, their are always many buyers available.
Come on guys, we members are worth more than 1 mere million.

NO = not right now
Curious to see how this turns out for them. Did domainstate do well after it was acquired?
I think NP has a lot of potential but the execution is horrible right now. I can't stand even looking at that crappy design.

One thing I do like is those regular auctions they hold in chat, would be cool if dnf had something like that, oh and their high priced domains forum that is moderated for quality
