This isn't a little industry secret or some tips on how to get more out of development, this is a major issue in the industry and the ethical part of the industry needs to band together to try to eliminate the threat. I think it should be for everyone. Also, I think people could write a book on things like this, not just a newsletter, there is so much out there that people need to pay attention to.
