New Dnforum VB4 Bug Thread - Day 2

edit posts still stalls on the first attempt. On the 1st attempt, it always does not connect to dnforum, it just loads and stalls. But when I click it the second time, it works perfectly, and says it is connected to dnf, transfering data, waiting for reply from site etc. I am using FF 3.5.7

When I make a post it doesn't show the user rating under my name until I refresh the page.

This is a VB4 issue with firefox. When they release a fix we will update it. It works if you click it twice quickly.

A lot of the links don't seem to be working - they just redirect back to the main page

Which links are you trying to click on and this is happening?

and a bunch of others. Links to external sites are working fine, but it looks like a lot of the custom pages and subdirectories have vanished or something

I'm not sure if this is intentional or a CSS bug, but it's almost impossible to see links posted in threads unless the user posts the "raw" URL ie. if I posted http://www.irishwebmasterforum.com/ you'd see it was a link, but if I posted IWF you'd have to hover your mouse over it to see the actual link ...

Maybe I'm missing them but where are you finding live links to these pages right now or do you just going by the fact they were live prior to the change?

Seem as many of the custom pages have not been moved over.

I like the new look for DNForum, one thing that I have noticed is that the “ New Posts “ and “ Today’s Posts “ are very similar, is there anyway to change one of them to “ Active Threads ” that shows the most active threads in the past 24 hours.

I dont like the new design at all, its not user friendly: all the text and narrow colors attacking me!
Besides that, will I be able to see that I have "new PMs" without clicking on "Private Messages"?
