Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!We have enabled a new feature to be used by our forum members.
The new feature is called "Personal Sticky Thread". It allows any member to
stick a thread and have the thread only appear 'stuck' to them (as if its a 'real' sticky thread). Its a great way to help follow a thread and its updates without having to subscribe to a thread for updates.
In order to enable this feature, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the thread you are interested in.
2. Click on "Thread Tools"
3. Click "Stick thread to the top" from the drop down menu.
The thread will now be stuck at the top of the forum section for your eyes only.
Hope you enjoy the new feature.
DNF Staff!
Very nice feature, thanks for that!
I've never seen this before. Is it exclusive to DNF? It's a very nice feature!

Very nice - I like the fact that the pin icon is gold (and has appropriate mouseover ALT text) to differentiate it as a personal sticky... seems interesting.

This is a very nice feature. I think this is available as a mod on vBulletin.org and its called Tagged Threads...

Ahhhh, that was wrong mod I posted. It's this one called Personal Stickys... duh...

I'd like to make a suggestion. It would be good if the icon for the Personal Sticky looked even more different than it does now. Over time we will forget which threads we stuck to the top and wonder why certain threads are sticky. Also, is there a way for a user to quickly see a list of all threads that they made personal stickys?

I did this to two threads but don't see them added anywhere.
Where are they supposed to be 'stuck' to, the top of the page?
