New Feature - Report Spam PM's

For some of you spam pms have been a big issue.

We have implemented a new feature to help report any pms you receive that may be spam.

When reading your pm message, at the bottom left hand corner below the username area, there is a red triangle that should now appear.

Click on this triangle and it will report the pm as spam and someone from our staff will review it and contact the member who sent it.

Thank you

Send a message via AIM to Credit

What counts as spam pms? If I offer my new domains for sale to people I've sold to before, is that spam?

Its in the discretion really of the person you sent it to. If you dealt with them before im sure they wont think its spam.

The spam issue arises from some members just spamming out their sales to many at once. Someone they never dealt with and the message had nothing to do with any thread they were interested in or posted it.

Was just a random message. I find this is what bugs most.

Hopefully just the fact it is now in place will discourage future spamming. Since it was asked, I would say just because someone bought a domain from you in the past doesn't mean it's ok to send them pm's with offers in the future.
