New Member of the Month - Rockefeller
Justin Godfrey, a longtime member of Dnforum lives in Sheboygan, WI where he owns Domain Investment Services Inc (DIS Inc) located at http://www.differentinvestments.com. The company does over $3 million in domain name sales per year. They offer brokerage services and offer brokerage services to Fortune 500 companies that buy domain names.

DIS is the parent company of EscrowDNS.com as well. Right now the company is fully staffed and doing well over 100 transactions per month. They offer a fast and secure escrow service where they work with the buyer and seller throughout the entire transaction.

Justin says:

I am a private seller. I only report domain name sales that I think will better the domain name extension such as Aftermarket.com or Free.info. As I said before, we sell over $3 million in domain names per year so its hard to put my finger on a significant sale. Aftermarket.com was a great sale because I was receiving $200,000 offers the day before it went to auction. It only fetched $125,000 at auction because it was in Paris and all of the buyers in California were sleeping. Domain names are my passion. To be extremely good at something you need to be passionate about it which is why there are domainers that are successful and domainers that cannot sell anything.

DIS has several things planned for the future. We are currently building a textbook website which will launch in a few months. We also have a domain name investigation site and a non-profit site as well.

A quick question, as much as I like to support DNF member, but from a quick look, (correct me if i'm wrong) it seems like EscrowDNS charges higher fee for both payment and disbursement than Escrow.com.

Are there any benefits of using EscrowDNS over Escrow?
