Looks like they will handle the payment process internally.
Good question about unlimited sales though. Especially it seems if its a lifetime subscription, that means its free escrow service for life for all domains.

Yes, as I explained earlier there are 2 options.

1. The current system supports an inhouse escrow system.

EscrowShowcaseManager provides a secure internal escrow system that completely secures the exchange of funds during the process and purchase of a domain name. When the seller accepts an offer the buyer will then fund his account by completing a purchase with ShowcaseManager.com for the total price of the domain. The funds are held securely in Escrow with ShowcaseManager until the buyer confirms the domain was received and in their control. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the domain the funds are transferred to the sellers account and available for withdrawal through ShowcaseManager.com.

2. The other option is the buyer and seller can elect to go through Escrow.com as a thirdparty. At that point the buyer and seller control that part of the process on their own and just need to update our system when the funds are paid, domain pushed and transaction complete.

So the is the house escrow service free and comes with the $69 per year membership ? if not what are the charges as this has not been explained anywhere ?

New news, we are adding the option to lease your domains in the next week.

So you will be able to sell or lease.

Can you answer the simple question about the in house escrow,is this included in the $69 per year if not what are the charges ?

For lower transactions we will be using in house escrow and for all transactions over a soon to be determinied amount we will be outsourcing the escrow process.

Go Daddy sends everything above $500 to escrow.com, as soon as I know what our limit will be I will post it. But trhere will be no extra charges for the inhouse transactions.
