With the changes they pulled on us the past few months, finally seems like there's some positivity coming along.
Anyone else see big improvement in click through rate this month?
Maybe their ads are better targeted, newer advertisers, geo targeting, it's all coming together.
I went the other way, clicks/bids way down the last couple of weeks
My EPC and overall income is down similar to April's poor stats since they started the reduced EPC's (about April 2 thru today).
If not for a nice increase in my impressions over past couple mos the income would be dismal but overall not too much reduced. However, it really should be much greater than it has been.
It seems the harder I work and the more pages I put on adsense to get better adsense stats, I end up making the same $ or less $ as they apparently are always making changes which turn out to be negatives overall.
hmm thanks for the info..
but I, too, had the swing but seems like ctr is way up last 2-3 weeks.
Been with them for a long time now, too, so I have a feel of it.
No major changes on my end either, ... strange.
Keep the info coming though you guys, its good for all of us to talk about this every now and then...
Anyone else notice this?
Hey MediaHound, peraps you could also talk abouut this issueOriginally Posted by MediaHound

since that thread got zero replies and was met with overall apathy it seems. This also happened more than once at another forum whenever important posts were made regarding adsense/adwords, and is one of the reason I left that forum.
At that other forum board some members (and an admin too) did not even seem to know the basic difference between google's adsense and adwords so threads about it were not too popular it seemed. Since I value them so much (and use both services a lot) and think they are the 2 best programs out there I am/was really amazed by the apparent apathy toward them at the forums.
I think many avoid talking about Adsense due to the TOS.

Lets just not talk actual numbers, then we'll be ok.

I answered your question about that:

But, yea... I'm actually surprised, too, that this (and that) thread aren't so hot.
I guess dnforum has more dn guys, not website content guys per say.
And, it would be guys that develop their names that would know about adsense.
Maybe we dont have all that many developers after all.
I suggest joining Adsense if you havent yet. It's not like it's a big secret. I'd be happy to see more people in the adsense program. Why? because then, they would recruit more advertisers due to the exposure, and with more advertisers, there will be more competition on the bids = my network goes up in value.
It's not like telling you the best OP pharmacy to promote, just to have them swamped and taken offline. It's google for cryin out loud. Join it - you'll make bucketloads of cash (and so will I)!
Then, come back here and mastermind with us.
Make it a great week,
This whole Adsense thing is sure big huh? I have been gone away too long I guess. I just looked up about Adsense and to join is a big deal. The whole requirements to join is a lot of, let me say; a big deal. I wish it was around when I was running www.wcgalaxy.com It had the necessary hits to join Adsense. Oh well, water under the bridge. I still own the domain name but, I closed the site down due to not knowing enough how to run a data based site. Hey RealNames do you have any Adsense sites?
