Question Advanced Search Engine Submission Software

I have a unique need, and I am wondering if anyone out there has seen anything that may help me out:

I have a large number of sites, many with a very large number of distinct entrance pages. I would like to identify a search engine submission program that either accepts CSV imports or ODBC connection maps directly to my database server for the purpose of submitting these sites and entrance pages to search engines (i.e., pulls the URL and keywords from my database rather than only accepting user input for these values).

Has anyone seen a package that would work in my scenario?

Re: Advanced Search Engine Submission Software

Update: I found a program called Search Engine Commando that accepts text file imports for most all of these. However, it does not support URL-to-keyword mapping (it assumes all of my URLs have the same keywords, which they do not). It compensates for this by allowing multiple projects, which may work fine (it will just require more work for me to keep it up to date with all my sites).

Has anyone else used this program? Has anyone registered this software? Download.com had some negative feedback posted for this one (specifically regarding refunds), but so far it looks high-class to me, and I would not imagine I would need a refund. Any other thoughts?

Thanks for any input you may have.
