    Any advice on keyword density?

    Ive been reading articles on this and the amount of keyword density really seems to vary from article to article. Seems to range from 2%-10%. Ive been trying to keep it around 5%. Anybody have any advice on this?

    The keyword density ratio varies from search engine to search engine. In general, it is recommended using a keyword density ratio in the range of 2-10%. I believe Yahoo and MSN have a much higher keyword density tolerance as compared to Google.

    Keyword density is an element of search engine optimization. It is the ratio of the number of occurrences of a particular keyword or phrase to the total number of words in a page. If the keyword density is too high some search engines will penalize you for spamming.
