I would love to use baidu.com to promote some of my websites and submit url to them,unfortunately I don't read or write chinese.My question is does baidu have an english version to submit urls and website? or does it cater only to chinese? I've been scrambling around,but can't find it in english.can anyone help?

No english version of baidu.com.There has a Japanese version at baidu.co.jp.

Baidu mainly focus on chinese market. I don't think it is worth submitting your url to Baidu.com

Chinese markets are too big to ignore.
