I will advice you avoid using any such automated tool rather spare few mintues from your busy schedule and do it yourself. For me most auto submitters are crap and unreliable

All depends on the sites it is submitting to and how often and if it is spamming the site...

I demoed cladgenius, not to bad, you have to get a lot of ip's to be able to post ads. Program was not to bad, you really need the full version to do anything and it was kind of expensive. Which everyone I talked to said if you are worried about the price you don't know the full power of the program....

Automated submission is not good, much better you give some efforts to do that.

I would recommend using a few of your friend's phone numbers to get a couple Craigslist accounts--now they have to be legitimate numbers. And try to limit to no more than just a couple accounts. You can post a couple of ads per account. But the beautiful thing is once the ads expire, you can just login to each account and click on "Renew". I would recommend this over any kind of automation software that may have adverse affects on what you're doing.
