I take it this is for a website and not a parked domain, don't buy from those bulk traffic places, those are all popunders and exit traffic , they just don't tell you that, worthless. Google adwords is best for .05 per click, you can find many good keyword phrases for the minimum .05.
I agree with you, but unfortunately this is not my case.... I am looking for gambling traffic and adwords does not advertise such sites....
If you want visitors that are targeted Clicksor is pretty good country wise, also PayPopUp.
revenuepilot.com also sells ppc for gambling.
