You cannot. You can only increase the relativity/visibility of other links and thus force these links lower.

You actually can, let lawyer threaten Google or DMCA or both - Google is deleting every day lot (maybe millions) links from their index. Because they rather delete 0.00001% if their index than risk legal problems.

if it's your own site- you can by adding the robots, if its not- not too easy, you can complain tho if they violate your rights or your copyrights, there is some links at google to file up the complain form

, thought i tried ones- unsuccessfully
