I don't think search engines like google, yahoo or msn count signature links as regular links (vote) to your site. So, they are pretty much useless for SEO-ing unless forum visitors click on them if they are interested.

Dose those link work? i have regularly posting in different forum and always put my link to my site as my signature. Just wonder does they count as link

They don't have much value because NOFOLLOW was put on all links.

link count is not everything. link reputation also matters and without your keywords in the link it really would not do much positive even if it counted.
