Should ask this in different thread - you're right.
IMO Both names are never going to attract traffic on their own as it is dependent on two adjectives. Therefore your traffic will probably come through links (where name doesn't matter) or through type ins from recommendations. The second method would favour the name without hyphens as this is more memorable and easier to describe orally.
Search engine would probably be relatively equal.
So . . . go for the one with no hyphens, but if you fancy the other, chose that - won't make a huge difference.
