Email Extractors, Mass Email....

Like most of us I too am looking for a way to access targeted email addresses to draw surfers to my website(not a parked domain).

I have downloaded and tried a few email extractors which came up with over 17,000 email addys but the you need to buy the registeration key to enable you to save the list for use at a cost of $200+ Dollars.

Is there a free or cost effective service one can get, please share your experince and knowledge. I do not want to spam, I would like to target people who would be already interested in the same products and services I have to offer.

But if they never asked you for info about your website, then, from my point of view, it is spam. Please don't take this wrong, i'm not trying to say that you're a spammer, is just that this is how it looks like....
