I launched a site in mid feb. (www.thehomesource.com)

I am attempting to makes some money thru addsense and affiliate monies.

My site comes back with a page rank of 3 currently and did not move in the lates google crawl...I have attempted to trade links and publish on the free search sites and have been somewhat successful with maybe 25 sites now listing my site...my question is that if I go into google and enter the url it comes back blank, in addition they do not list any sites linking to my site..unless i understand this wrong, I have traded links to a few pr 5+ sites including dnforum...so this is a bit puzzling...any help would be appreciated

If you visit the site, please be aware that all links on the left hand navigation go directly to other sites through affiliate linking...any other feedback in regards to this site...(I know I need additional content) would be appreciated..

you have many links listed in google:

Results 1 - 10 of about 9,180 for links: thehomesource.com.

I wonder why then if I went to google direclty and typed the url in it comes back blank?

It appears as if most of the indicated links were from some paid ppc that I previously did...

I appreciate you taking the time to review this any other feedback is appreciated.

You are just searching for the exact URL:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=thehomesource.com

In this case it will always only return the one result for that URL. The reason that no details appear is because you haven't bothered to include any META tags.

Stevey is quite right, if you search for sites linking to your URL, there are plenty:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...homesource.com

I sugguest you read a bit about META tags, and at least include some keywords and an description.

I did not program this as I an a novice in coding but...isn't this suffecient for meta tags

I thought that my site included meta tags as I posted in the previous post? Is there something that I am missing, this may be better suited for website development category...THANKS in advance!
