Google Adsense Question

I want to purchase a ppc site here for a name of mine that gets about 300 hits a month and has decent revenue figures with well-targeted traffic. Currently, I have it parked at a huge reseller testing traffic. They didnt make an offer based on my pricing needs, however, it is making more there than it was on Trafficz so I left it there.

I would like to use my ppc template to make some money from Google Adsense without having to worry about a revenue share. The problem is that I don't have an account with Adsense yet. I actually applied using my domain name sales site, but they do not approve domain resale sites for Adsense so the application was rejected.

I lack the web development skills to make a site just to open an account, so how do I get an adsense account? Could I use the ppc template? Please help!

yes you can use a ppc template to get approved as long as it has more than 1 page with content plus you have to have your contact info displayed , could be just your email.
