As an adwords advertiser, you can choose the option not to display your ads on non-Google pages.

I started adwords just yesterday. I think that if you really need some traffic and have a good conversation rate on sales already off the hits you are receiving then it's a good business decision. However some keywords can cost an arm and a leg. I've had some little kids contact me today asking for free stuff. Would be nice to filter out people by age. (a)

its doing good for me so far
ive heard a lot of adwords advertisers saying theyre not happy with it. If this is true, a lot of them will go elsewhere to advertise and ad rates will drop by im sure that they will then pick up again as theres few alternatives apart from google and overture who can blast your ad to such a wide audience

I submitted my site and it was denied b/c they said I had dynamic content. I get about 1,000 visitors a day. I'll submit one of my other sites probably and see what happens.

Do you think they deniy a site based on its PR? So if a site has a PR of 0 and no or very few incoming links, but in every other aspect ok, are those grounds for a denial?

Just a CYA:

The Google AdSense agreement explicitly prohibits discussing you clickthrough rates, payments, stats, etc. So you should be careful how you phrase things. I doubt they are policing boards and stuff, but you never know.
