Is the Google "90 day Sandbox" theory a benefit in the long run to websites who are not indexed yet? I'm a bit confused. I saw somebody post that being in the sandbox could be a possible benefit.. I'm not sure why though... What is the benefit of your website not being indxed for 90 days?

I think it's one way that Google maximizes the quality of its SERP (search engine result pages).

where did you get such an information? about 90 days?
My site was indexed quicker....
