Alright, I got 3 Visits and 16 Hits from Googlebot, when should my site be listed?

Yep.

Although a visit from Googlebot does mean that Google is aware of your site, there is no guarantee where you will be listed, or even IF you will be listed. If their Pagerank algorithm determines your site is essentially irrelevant to your chosen keywords, and/or if there are no significant inbound links, you may not be listed, or get listed WAY down in the search returns.
