I am launching KualaLumpurProperty.com to sell real estate listings. What would be the best way to get the first people to list? In order to gain viewers, I need listings. But in order to get listings, I need people to list their property on the site with no listings currently there. Sounds like a circular dilemma.

I have a successful real estate website.
I go to For Sale By Owners and ask them if I can put their house on my site. I take pictures, get a description, and offer them a "free" page to help sell their home.
It gets you free listings, and the sellers might even advertize your site in their flyers and stuff.
