How to spend $100 SEO Budget?

Suppose I have a $100 budget for SEO. What do you think would be the most effective way to spend it (doing little if any of the work myself):

1. Paid directory submission (where?)
2. Outsource some original articles and submit them to free article sites
3. Outsource some original articles and post them only on my site
4. Paid blog entries linking to my site
5. Other ideas?

$100 is definitely a small amount for long term SEO. However, I believe every penny can be well spent if carefully planned. This is an excellent question. The next best question is "How do I spend the next $100 on SEO?".

I think best money is spent by outsourcing content...
I think majority of the replies say the same..

Two things
1) BUy content and use it to post to web 2.0 platform / article directories -- off page seo

2) Buy content and post on your site -- say 1 post per week and internal link it to main pages -- this is how wikipedia gets its linking...
