I think the analysis is suggesting too many adjectives in your keyword phrase/description as in "great vacation deals in las vegas" (as an example). One would prune this down to "las vegas vacation" for better results.

I've got a terrific web optimization tool and I've ran it and corrected alot of my pages to ensure SE friendly sights and better listings.
I randomly come across a "flag" on some of my pages that states this:
Your keyword weight in the META Keywords is too low! When it comes to this tag, the higher the keyword weight, the better. Meanwhile, on your page, keyword weight doesn't come to more than 14.3%. Try to remove the least informative and least relevant keywords, thus increasing keyword weight.
While at the same time, my Key Word Prominance is 100%.
What gives?
Any SEO guru's out there want to help a guy out?

If you post the URL, we may be able to see more
However, I guess you just have too many keywords in the keyword list. This makes the most important keywords less relevant.

Doesn't matter what I do, it keeps telling me the same thing.
Now, last night, I was told that I actually WANT low numbers on this but the software analysis is acting like low numbers are a BAD thing.
Very confused as to what it/they are talking about.

First of all, your description is to long.
Secondly your keywords are only useful, if they are relevant to the site. This means, you need to use these keywords in your text (in yours, not in the ads). Try and ad a <h1> or <h2> header with one of these keywords (or more), and also ad them about 2 to 4 times in your text. You also gain relevance if youn highlight some these keywords within your text, i.e. Bold.
Also try to rename other elements, i.e. images, css file and other, to match the keywords.
But don't exagerate!!!
