This is so damn frustrating. I want to ask a simple question about AdSense Search and get support from Google. All the links go to pseudo-AI canned pages. Is there a damn link to take me to a form where a non-monkey would be able to answer my question?

Forget it Theo. Google speaks to no-one. If you find a method of direct communication, please share. I have been trying for months to put adsense on a site that was apparently blocked before I bought it. However, it's only adsense that's blocked, as it ranks in google search. No rythme or reason to them.

I tried that link, it goes through a two page checklist after which every option takes you back to the options menu.

Google, ever heard of Customer Service? We, the publishers, make you your money. If all across the internet, publishers were to stop using Adsense, how much would Google's revenues fall? Several billion dollars!

I agree, if you want to talk to someone who is from google that is just impossible. But going to forums, might help you with your problem.

I can't stand Google but unfortunately, for the time being at least, they have a monopoly hence are abusing their position.

On a side note, I wonder why the EU hasn't stepped in (for the UK and EU versions of Google)? They were very quick to slap heavy fines on Microsoft, Intel, cartels etc..

I have the same problem. I've just sent a msg to Google, wonder if they will ever reply. Few years ago I had excellent communication with the Adsense team. Nowdays..
