If not, is there an average uniques daily/monthly to be considered before moving a domain to a PPC site?

So your only talking about 3-5 hits per day. With that in mind I would definetly recommend trying a PPC template or site. Your parking rev would be limited no matter which provider you move the domain too. There is always the possability of increasing the amount of traffic created by the PPC site due to the site being indexed by SE's.
PM CS-Admin here on DNF to try the DNF PPC sites. I've had a very good increase of rev.from them.
