It's an interesting system, basically you join and can choose to message other sites in thier directory to see if they are interested in a link exchange. Also if people are browsing the directory and see your site they can ask you to exchange links with them.
You can also add text before and after anchor text of your link and all changes are real time.
This makes your link mid-paragraph
